NTDC connects 1223 MW Balloki power plant to national Grid. 750 MW operational in first phase by July 2017. NTDC has connected 1223 MW RLNG Balloki Power Plant with national grid today. The power plant has been connected through 500 KV transmission line Balloki – Shaikhupura and 500 KV transmission line Coal Fired Power Plant Sahiwal – Balloki, as an interim arrangement for back feed of Balloki power house and is energized.

This motorway is the Part of the world’s longest cross-desert highway is set to open at the end June 2017, with the rest of the road scheduled to open in 2019. The road will link the Chinese capital Beijing to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Stretching 2,540 kilometers, the highway will pass through six regions and provinces.
